Asrock Z77E-ITX CPU fan control?

Is there any way I can change the settings so I have more control over the speed of the CPU fan?

It seems slow to increase the speed of the fan and slow to decrease it. Plus when the temperature exceeds the desired level it just puts the fan on maximum.

Is it possible to control this in Windows maybe?

Hmm, I have this open and it doesn't seem to do anything.

Ah I've fixed this...had to change the motherboard setting to Full-ON...however, Speedfan is giving different temperature readings to the Asrock software?
