assassins creed unity with a r9 295x2 profile help needed

My system is as follows
i7 4770k over clocked to 4.4
8 gig of 1600 ram
asus hero 6 motherboard
240 gig ssd evo pro hd
r9 295x2
I am using css 14.501.1003

I tired running unity in 4k with the following settings

Env. quality high
AO off
Bloom on
shadows high
textures high
AA off
V sync on

At these settings I got 19-23 fps.

So I used the same settings and tried 2k and got about 30 fps.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and happy new year all!

I believe CF is still not working properly so you are only using 1 290

Ya, I am using a 7990 but most of the time I only get around 30 - 60 fps (all max apart from FXAA, high texture, high shadow), very similar to what a single 280 can achieve.

Just stick with lower resolution, although lower fps but surprising it is very smooth.
