Shoot AC needs to update and it keeps saying disk write error...

I need to get my kids their own PC, I'm sure I don't need How to Train your Dragon updates...

Managed to get under the 1:50s with the GT1 which is a really fun car to drive, still plenty of time left out there though. I like the 2 race and 2 road car split you've got going on as I don't drive road cars.

Yeah, I generally don't do road cars either, but a lot of people have the opposite taste in their driving.
I was on with PinkFloyd (James) yesterday, and he couldn't stand the race cars long enough to complete a lap in either

Mugello is a nice circuit for these Porsches, if you can get good balance and weight transfer through the chicanes you feel like a right hero

I forgot how annoying AC can be, it keeps losing my controls profile and on my triples the screen pops all over the place, sometimes I go to click a button and it jumps to another screen. It's a shame because the driving experience is sublime.

I did say attempt, it'll be tyre pressures and dropping fuel to begin with...

Once it all gets a bit technical it's gobbledegook to me...

Tried the 98 GT1 briefly last night. So skittish, just doesn't feel at all planted like any of the other cars. Just can't enjoy driving it enough to manage any number of laps!
Will give the GT3 car a bash later I think.

Out of curiosity, what wheel sets are people using and anyone doing this has a direct drive wheel?

No worries mate, you're not obliged to set a time in every car

Just drive the ones you like.

T300 on a wheelstand pro with one of these and a custom button/shifter enclosure.

I'd love an OSW, but that would mean having to build a dedicated rig too.

in the flesh and thinking oooh i like that

That GT1 in my Oculus CV1 is imense

Sadly I'm only on the PS4 version. Once I get a new graphics card I'll join this. The game is so addictive though.
