For anyone that is interested or has the money ;)

Aston Martin have got a decent finance deal on at the moment.

2012 Aston Martin V8 Vantage, £30k deposit, 0% VAT and 0% APR for 24 months. Monthly payments of £399.

The only thing is the 12,000 mile contract agreement stated in the small text.

So for a 30K deposit and 400 beer tokens a month... I can drive about like James Bond for a couple of years? Cool! I'll go put the rover streetwise on ebay :)

Thats not a bad deal providing you are prepared to lose your 30k deposit....or cough up the final value.

Alternatively you can buy a brand new 911 Turbo from an OPC with no deposit for £1100 a month.

lol I'd hit 12,000 miles within 3 months easy.

This deal is just begging customers to cruise over that agreed mileage limit!

You only get charged the excess mileage if you hand the car back when agreement ends. If you buy it/intend to buy it then you don't get charged. :)

I think it's fair to say that everyone I know who has had one of these holds the same view of it as I summarise here...

"Some nice bits, goes OK, sounds OK, looks lovely but just not quite what I expected really. Can't put my finger on why....nice, you know, well, just nice."

What happened to him? You don't need to go into too much detail!

Its proper weird to be honest.

Basically it turns out to be one man making it all up like some sort of OCUKception.

Who Mark Kerr actually is and if that was DiamondMark on here we will never know. :o
