ASUS 32 sli deluxe problem

No matter how meny PS\2 keyboards i connect to this motherboard it always reports No Keyboard detected, this is my second mobo, both from differant suppliers, in bios ive tryed auto and enabled, anyone having the same problem or got a solution, when i connect a USB keyboard i get Keyboard\Interface Error press F1 to resume, ive never had this problem before and its got me beat, any helpfull people got any help ? THX.

i have only seen this happen once on mine, and it was when i overclocked it too high (i had set the fsb to 265 i think).

i had to pull the cmos battery out to reset, then all was ok again.
