Asus 4890 problem?

Currently running 2 Asus 4890 in crossfire and have noticed a problem over the last week or two.

Sometimes in games and even on desktop I seem to be getting artifacting, even at stock settings! Both monitors are plugged into the first card, does that mean it's the top card that has the issue?

The artifacting consists of red blocks on the desktop flashing up every so often and tiny blocks (often cyan coloured) in game (Arma 2).

Any ideas or is it RMA time?

Could be driver issues. Also, overheating. Check temps and reinstall drivers. Good luck.

Im getting exactly the same thing with my pair!

Same cards also. I did arrange an RMA with ocuk but then went away on honeymoon lol. Need to sort it out i guess.

I think so. It's the 4890 with the single fan design and voltage tweak. It isn't overheating. Cards reach 65C max in Arma 2, and are not overclocked.

Mine are the ASUS Tops which have the dual fan design.

Not sure what is going on with them to be honest though, like you temps dont go that high.
