They are a lot cheaper elsewhere.
Demand and supply. The ASUS cards are in very short supply and knowledgeable retailers know there is high demand. This allows prices to be bumped up.
Some of the larger retailers do not realise/track individual product demand so sell at cost plus a few percent. This can create lasrge price differentials (when the products are actually in-stock).
