Asus 650 plus WiFi issues

Just received this today with a 7700x from oc when started up the RGB on the fans light up but non of the LEDs on the mb are lighting up fans not spinning gone over and over but can seem to find the issue

I was able to update bios via usb flashback tried clearing CMOS no go

Any ideas I haven't got another board to test CPU and PSU all new from oc

Would check all the power connectors (20/24 pin & 4/8 pin near the CPU) and the case connectors (front panel/power switch).

Never mind I'm a dick there's a separate 4 X 4 cable and socket on the psu off the 24 pin this idiot didn't connect it

Can anyone tell me how I get my usb to switch off when the computer is shutdown the RGB on my mouse and keyboard and headset is still on when I shut the pc down
