Hello there,

I currently have an AsRock 939 Dual Sata 2 with an opty 170 CCBBE 0615 running at 270x10 at 1.41v and a 7900GTO (also 2x1GB PC4000, 200GB SATA 2 etc).

I am looking for a cheap upgrade like for ex. the A8N sli se or the gigabyte K8N sli and I wonder if I can use my 2 years old Tt 480W with a 20 pin connector in it?

Another think is there is any bios or mod to overcome the 1.45v max. cpu volts on the asus? any known issues with this mobo?

Thanks in advance

Some boards you can use old PSUs others you can't, there are adapters available too.

What is the upgrade fer?

Biggest issue with the A8N-SLI SE imo is the chipset fan, newer revisions are a little better but the old ones (fans, not the boards) were dropping like flies back when the A8N-SLI boards were "big".
