Is this stuck on or will it come of with the two screw`s?

If it is stuck on what is the best way to get it off.

i jam a flat head screw driver into the metal to push it off, tbh it is abit harsh but it gets the job done, also just go round from one corner to another to get it all off.
most of the 939 boards or 754's i've used are stuck on with adhesive material and screws.

i must have had balls then ;)
the motherboards worked after i did it though :p
mind you as mightman said dont do it my way heat it up with a hairdryer first the slowly prize it with something non sharp.
