hi guys

i got a Asus A8V Deluxe, running a winnie 3200 at 2.3ghz for about 2 years solid no problems

now for the past 3 days, when i turn on my pc in the morning (cold boot) it soemtimes comes up as Overclocking failure, press F1 to run setup or F2 to load default settings.

now when i press F1 to go into setup the values of FSB etc etc are already there so i just save and exit the bios and windows boots up fine.

anyone know why its doing this? is the mobo dying?

thanks guys

the AI is set to manual in the bios
