It is ugly yes, but its quieter then the exhaust cooler.

This cooler is better than the oem although i too prefer the look of the oem but temps and noise are more important. Apparently this newer revision uses the same samsung ram as on the 5800's instead of the hynix that was used before, both have identical spec.

What does it mean by the "Voltage Tweak"?

I'm guessing this refers to higher core/memory volts, so higher overclocking results?

OR

Have the lowered volts to make it more "energy efficient", so lower overclocking results?

Voltage tweak lets you raise the voltages manually using the ASUS software, plus the upper overclock limit for the GPU is unlockd from 960 to 1200 Mhz on these cards.

I think you can change voltage either direction and its all covered by the 3 year waranty too.
