I recently ordered this and I was wondering if anyone has experience with flashing its BIOS? I'll need to flash it so that it can function with the 5800x that I've ordered along with it, my other question is, will it be possible to flash with all the parts put in, or do I need to do it before putting in the CPU, GPU, RAM etc

It may already have the bios for the 5800x as they have been out for a while then update further if you wish. See if the motherboard box says 5000 series ready.
The motherboard has a a q flash plus button so you can update the bios before the build by just connecting the power supply. The motherboard manual will show you how there also loads of youtube videos.
