Picked up an as new g551jm for £475 was a decent deal.
Got an Ssd in there last nigh and ran one pass of firestrike, CPU hit 86. Tad hot for my tastes.
Gonna strip it down over the weekend and reapply thermal paste, machine is mint unused no dust at all so I reckon it's just poor application of paste from the assembly line.
Anyone opened one of these bad boys up? Or know where to find service manual / guide for disassembly? Seems nigh on impossible to find online for me!
