Hi. I have been looking at potential mini ITX motherboards for a HTPC build.

I have seen the Asus H110I Plus here:

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...cket-1151-ddr4-itx-motherboard-mb-687-as.html

This motherboard is listed on OCUK as supporting DDR4. I have looked at various videos, the manufacturer website and competitor websites and it shows that it only supports DDR3 and DDR3L

Is this a mistake in the OCUK listing? If so can it be corrected?

Thank you.

With the H110 boards there is very often two versions of the same board. One supporting DDR3 and one supporting DDR4. Double check that you are ordering the version that you actually want before clicking on buy. Personally I would be looking at a DDR4 version now. DDR3 has had it's day and any future boards are going to be using DDR4.

No, you need to spend more money to get a M2 slot. Certain B150 and H170 boards have M2 slots. If you were to consider a H170 board then you may as well buy a cheap Z170 board because they are not that much more than the H170 ones.

Cheers guys, sorry - got confused (seems to be a more regular occurrence due to old age!)

Appreciate the info :)
