Asus k8v se deluxe. Which HD?

I am running out of room on my aging computer and would like to know if this type of HD is compatiable with my MB.

Western Digital Caviar RE 250GB 2500YS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM

I have a raptor 36gig and 80gig western IDE at the moment.

Yep absolutely fine, you may need to set a jumper on the back to limit it to 150MB/s transfer rate (although it might well be on there already) but I've got the same motherboard as you and I'm using a Seagate 7200.10 with no problems.
