Asus mobo prob???

Ive recently built a computer for a relative, the following spec:

• Pentium D 935
• Asus P5WD2-E Mobo
• Crucial ballistix 5300 CL3
• X1950pro

When booting it comes up with CPU uCode loading Error, and when booting from the Vista instalation Disk, the setup hangs after it had loaded files etc. (Disk boots fine in my rig, and gets past the same point)

Has anyone got any ideas as to what this could be?

Update to the latest BIOS, and make sure you have the "Microcode Updation" option set to enabled in BIOS.
