Asus P5B Deluxe problem ?

Hi All I have a problem with the Asus P5B Deluxe motherboard, i have updated the bios ,but i can not boot up ,it seems to lock up ,and it won,t boot up everytime, i have to keep on switching it off and on ! really at my wits end on this one !! i have Windows Vista 32 bit installed . :confused:

p.s I can,t get into the bios to even take a look !

Have you cleared the CMOS or removed the battery for a few minutes?

CMOS ? i,m sort of lost on this one ,where do i do this ? :confused:

It's the jumpers just beside the battery. They'll be labeled in your manual.

Or you can just remove the battery for a few minutes. But remember to reset the clock in the BIOS on first boot.

Ok i think i have that ,and where will the clock be in the bios setup ? :confused:

It's within the first sub-menu of the BIOS. Removing the battery resets the date and time.
