Asus P5B-V DH DELUXE HDMI

Would this board have the same overclocking ability as a P5B Deluxe? I'm gonna get a core 2 duo e6600 with 2gb geil pc6400 and I would like to overclock.

Any idea if OcUK will be getting this board in?

It looks good cos its v.highly integrated and mATX, with HDMI, WIFI, onboard graphics etc etc etc... great for home cinema in fact, but dont think the 965G is a good overclocker (judging by results on the P5B-VM)

Just got a reply from OcUK and they said that they cannot comment on anything that's not up on the website....

the board is not matx its an ATX

Oh yes, you're right. I was getting confused with the other one in the family P5B-VM which is mATX.

the 965g doesn't overclock as well as the vanilla 965 but for a htpc it would be a great board.

Isn't the G965 board the same as a P965 apart from the obvious inclusion of onboard graphics?

Fair enough. I'm mearly speculating. I haven't tested either system. I'm trying to do my research to see what'd suit a Core 2 Duo E6600 and 2GB Geil Ultra-Low Latency RAM. I'm building a gaming machine primarily but I would like if I could also use it as a HTPC.....
