Asus P5K-E No POST, No Beeps and no video!

Just got everything installed, powered on, fans come to life, but nothing else.

Tried reseating components, running with no RAM, one RAM stick etc etc nothing!

Any ideas?

I have a P5K premium, built it a couple of days ago and I have the same problem.
Turning the pc off, and turning off the psu, then leaving it for a while seems to help.
I still might have to reset it a few times to get it working though.
So... I have no solution either, would be nice to have a mobo that works properly, surely there's an answer somewhere!!

Well "fixed" it by using some OCZ PC2 8500 SLI memory instead of the generic PC2 533 stuff.
