The boards only support crossfire :).

It depends if you need external SATA on the motherboard and dual lan connections.

I do like the larger heatsink design though.

Edit: The P5Q Pro has the ESATA on a bracket which will take up a PCI slot on your case.

Rjc i have plenty of room in my case as i only have graphics card i will be using my e8400 chip on which ever board i get but i do prefer plenty of sata connections on board for my 6 hard drives i would prefer 8 connections so i could use sata writer and reader but i dont think they do one with 8 connections in this range
 
depends what features you need. if you don't need the fancy features like firewire, esata, raid, crossfire...etc you can just go for the vanilla version of P5Q.
