I may be wrong, but has the price of the said mobo gone down by about £20? was it not around £126 fairly recently? This has just sealed my mobo choice I think...

They're not even out that long, maybe because the gigabyte models at thse price points are oout now, seems too early for the 'shiny new tech' price premium to be down.

Whatever the reason, thats £20 less, bringing it to ~ IP35 Pro, so happy clocking!

From what I have read, the max FSB's are similar for both chipsets, but the P45 is much mmore likley to reach them than the P35's. The're on a smaller fabrication too, so should be cooler. Once the drivers are a bit more mature I think these boards will shine, I'm ordering when I get back from my America tour ;)

I bought my P5Q Deluxe elsewhere for £20 cheaper than here. Could be that OCUK were either late reflecting ASUS's price drops, or just responded to the competitions' prices. I always like to buy here as first choice, and the majority of my stuff has been bought here, but sometimes it doesn't make sense.
