Can anyone help me please.
I woke up this morning to start work (from home) and when turning on my PC it would not go past the press DEL or F2 screen.it is totally unresponsive and won't even go into the BIOS.

I am also receiving 5 short beeps in quick succession from the motherboard.

I have tried reseating the RAM, CPU and Graphics Cards. I've also connected a new fan to the CPU fan header and tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery with no effect.

Specs:
Asus Prime Z370-A
Intel 8700K
16GB Corsair Vengeance 3200 (2x8GB)
RTX 3080 Graphics

After doing a quick Google search for beep code errors it is pointing me to CPU.

Any help would be great

I think your next logical step would be to remove and reseat the cpu and cooler, especially if those error beeps are pointing towards that area.

Already done as mentioned

Does it make any difference if you disconnect all M.2 drives, hard drives and GPU and then seeing if you can access the bios then?

Edit: I forgot to mention, how is it with just one stick of ram in the various slots?

I'm not very familiar with this MB but from what I can tell, it doesn't have a bios flashback function you could try which means if the above doesn't help you might be at the point where you'll need to try a substitute cpu before condemning the motherboard.
