Just be thankful that you aren't likely to be using the PCI-E bus at the same time (heavily) as the graphics card if you have enough ram! I always wondered what the impact was on gfx cards when you use PCI-E based SSDs.

This is not IDE, mate. PCIe is real bus with independent PCIe lanes.
One and only impact is when you've got some cheap motherboard which shares PCIe lanes between two PCIe slots and once second of them is populated, first slows down But with no lanes sharing there's no speed impact.
