Hi do we have an ASUS Rep on the forum ?? I have tried to do a forum search and found nothing ....

It was Jim but he changed jobs and I don't remember another coming on? I'm probably wrong though.

Yup, haven't seen a replacement.

EDIT: If you have issues with laptop I would've been the wrong guy anyway. Try ASUS UK Facebook / Twitter (not ASUS ROG).
