It looks exactly the same as the stock firmware.

To get to mac address reservation, go to Advanced, Lan, DHCP Server. It's the section titled "Manually Assigned IP around the DHCP List"

It's developed by some russian guy I think. Just the N56U

Just recently got this router using 100MB virginmedia and was having loads of disconnects as above

The problem seems to be with the hardware NAT.

have read somewhere that 50MB+ on virgin has problems with this router and that virgin uses their own version of NAT. Not sure about all this but the one thing which works is turning EZQoZ on (have mine set to the game option) which turns hardware NAT off (can check in the system log of router)

Been rock solid now for the past week so far

Yup, Ive got VM 100mb and the custom firmware and it's running on HWNAT no problems.
