hey guys, big problem, i got my new ram, went to fit it and i had a red ram light come on on the board. i have tried swap testing etc obviously, as im trying to run 8gb corsair dominator (different model numbers but same spec) and its just not working. But I have found that even with my original memory, if a stick is in slot 1 the red light is still on.
any ideas?? its not a memory fault - ive ran the new memory in slot 2 & 4, and my memory was in slot 2&4, but it appears slot 1 is faulty. could it be anything else? thanks!
