asus sabertooth p67 - need help - not sure how to update the bios

My current bios is set to the standard that comes with the asus disk.
I would like to update the bios but im not sure how, ive downloaded a rom file
from the asus website "1502" but im not sure what to do from here... any help would be great thanks =)

The safest way is to use the Asus EZ Flash 2 Utility - i.e. flashing the BIOS from a USB stick.

Go to section 3.10.2 in your manual and follow the instructions - it walks you through it. If you get stuck or confused post back.

thanks for the advice... i have now updated it via the ez flash 2 utility and everything is working perfect... cheers
