Hi guys, I just wanted to ask what kind of bottleknecks will i expect with this sort of setup?
Will it be an issue? Noticiable?

I dont understand the bandwidth technical side of things

Bottlenecks doing what? If gaming then there is nothing majorly significant between PCIE 3.0 and 4.0 GPUs but will depend on what CPU/GPU/Monitor resolution/frame rate you are using. Higher resolutions have less issues with CPU/GPU bottlenecks but that would apply to any setup.

Biggest noticable difference IMO will be the M.2 SSD speeds between PCIE 3.0 and 4.0 but again it will depend on what you are actually doing.

Thank you, the GPU will be mainly used for Video editing and gaming.
I do have plans to upgrade my PC in the future.

Usually the max loss is a few %, see here for a 4090, but the card having the full 16 lanes available (a lot are cut down to 8 or even 4 nowadays ) will be helpful in minimising that loss. I wouldn't worry about it.
