Trust me this will happen. At no point have I or have anyone lied to any one about the situation. No need to feel hurt I have kept everyone updated with information all aspects of the launch and delivery.

I am in the same position with the 5850.. Ordered at about 8am then noticed on one of the threads that they were not actually in stock so i posted in the Customer Service section but no reply.. If i had then i would have told them to ship the printer seperately as i needed for tomorrow..

Order number please i sort that now for you I will pack it my self.

If I'd ordered an XFX and a Sapphire turned up I'd be peeved.

They are all the same cards I believe anyway on the first launch so technicaly would not have mattered. BUt your right people are brand specific and if I sent them the wrong product people would kick off.

We know you had stock, but it doesnt help those that ordered when stock was available at 8am, then rang to ask if you had allocated a card to the order number and was told you had, then to find out you didnt after all stinks IMO. Then have to wait 5 days for a refund so i cant even go elsewhere if i want to.

We do the refund straight away it can take 3 - 5 working days for the refund to show on your account.

We have plenty of Sapphire scheduled for arrival on Monday. Yes we do have a back order system.

If you order now you will have your order dispatched on Monday, tuesday at the latest.

Guys I can confirm that all current powercolor 5850 cards will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. The stock is 100% on it's way and will be here.

I have a small quantity for powercolor 5870 due in today if people would like to change over to this I am able to sort it out for you.

It is the dirt two edition there are two variants of the card. This one is the green box version and does come with the coupon.

becuse if he ordered the one from your shop it looks like its the original version not the green box version ?

if its the same price im pritty sure he will want that instead.

What about the sapphire 5850s? You've changed my original order for a powercolour to sapphire cos I asked about dirt2. I'm not bothered which I get as long as it's the first to come in and has the voucher.

I have 100% confirmation that powercolor is on its way I would reccomend changing back what is your order number and I i will swap it back for you.

Just to 100% confirm everyone who currently has a powercolor 5850 on order will be recieving one on Wednesday 30th September. They will be receiving the Dirt 2 Edition instead of the standard product.

I do have stock of Powercolor 5870 arriving today if you want to change over.
