Ati 5870,same card,diff model?

I was lookiing at buying the xfx hd 5870,ive come across 2 diff model numbers,one is Hd-587x-znfv and the other is HD-587X-ZNFC,both appear to be the same cards to me,but there is a 40 pound price diff

Anyone know what the difference with znfv and znfc is?
