939 been around what? 2 & 1/2 years not that long
why do they bring such a variety of socket out? is it just so we have to dig in to our pockets?
im sure the cpu manufacturer could change the pin and size structure of cpu's
and im sure ddr could have gotten even better as there was ddr600 out but very limited suppily
