ATI card + nforce chipset

Heard they blow up in smoke with some alien voice saying "fatal error" - wells thats what happens with the Sapphire range...

The Powercolor ones say "No, Im meltttiiiinnnnnnggggg"

Pretty sure the nVidia chip replies with "All your base are belong to us" - if its a SLI board of course its all in good old stereo ;)

nforce 4 wit atix1800xt here! There will be no issues, only issue would eb that you cant put 2 ati cards in as it doesnt support crossfire which is ATi's answer to what the nforce boards support which is NVidia SLi

Brilliant ,you've just answered my question.

Whilst reformatting my hard disk I was reading through the Asus A8N-SLI manual and came to the bit about installing the Nvidia Chipset Programme. I've just got a new Saphire X1900XT purring away here on this mobo and I thought I might have a conflict with the chipset drivers.
Thank God for this forum !!
