Also do you have to uninstall the old drivers 1st then the new ones?

3dmarks 2003, with no changes to 3dmarks settings at all just ran the game benchmark to get a score.

in ccc i set all options to performance like i would normaly do for testing ect...

and yes you have to uninstall the old before installing the new. and remember to use drivercleaner to finish the old drivers uninstall job.

Thought I'd let you know about the new Catalyst 6.8 drivers just released today.

Release notes link removed due to link not working properly.

Get them while they are still hot.

Does anyone else find that the link just does not work?

How so? It works in that in loads up an ATI page, it admiteddly doesn't want to go to the actual Catalyst 6.8 page but the link does work.

you can get drivercleaner from www.driverheaven.net

also no once you install the new 6.8 drivers just reinstall ati system tray.
also remember to uninstall system tray first then uninstall ati cats then use drivercleaner on your system to finish the cleaning.

then install cat 6,8 then reinstall ati tray tools.
