Allow it internet access.....or disconnect internet (not just turn off)

Then google for "ati drivers with CP" old control panel ;)

i had this problem i fixed it now tho dunt mater ow many times u install or uninstall i even used driver u have to completly uninstall ati then down load update tthatfixed mine gd luk mate

I'd say uninstall it as long as your not planning to overclock. As CCC is the only application that lets me overclock my card at all, any other program just causes artifacts

Because the newer ATI drivers change the Voltage automatically when entering 3d, Which most O/C apps turn of to gain control of the Card
