hi

i have a question about ati crossfire. when in crossfire mode does it use both memorys on each card or just 1? i know it uses both cores on each card, like dual core.
 
It uses the memory on both cards, but it is not pooled together, so 2x512Mb cards does not give you 1Gb, as each card has to store the same frame data.

ok. i have a 2600xt 256mb ddr4 card, its better to get another same card? or get 2600pro 256mb ddr3?
