id also go for the 7800GT.. havnt seen a benchmark which proves the XL to be better..

They arent the same money, my GT was £25 cheaper than any XL i have seen and came bundled with a £30 game as well as having a better warranty

Fair enough Raikiri. The warranty does play some aspect and COD2 is a great game. Still, I do lots of encoding and the picture quality with HDR on is better on the ATi, though COD2 would no doubt test me .

Go for the XL if you can dude. I've heard the image qulaity is waaaay better and the overlcocking potential more than jusifies the extra bit of dough.
