My Graphics cards are 2x5850's Xfired but i got some major problems =/
1st more than 2 monitors at a time and the 3rd monitor flickers horribly half the screen tears, so i dissabled a third now everytime i try to extend a 3rd monitor onto it it says one of my 2 must be dissabled first =/
2nd everytime i OC my 5850's the screens tear and flicker even if it goes up just a tiny bit.
3rd Now that ive installed 10.2 drivers and CCC, when i tick Enable CrossFireX and click apply, it pauses, refreshes and the box isnt ticked... the box was checked fine in the last drivers...

anyone know how the heck i can fix these problems?

Problem 1: How are each of the monitors connected?
Problem 2: I fixed this but diabling the flickering display, restarting and then redetecting it. Haven't had any flickers since then.
Problem 3: I read something about them changing their driver releases to separate the crossfire and non crossfire drivers...not sure what you've got but it could be related :)

How do you have your monitors connected?

Is the monitor that's flickering connected via display port?

Due to low powerplay clocks and multiple screens, up your 2d clocks and it will go away, there is a fix on the way, try the latest drivers before upping 2d clocks.

Right when i over clock, the 1st monitors fine, but the 2nd flickers and tears when ever it click somthing or scroll on somthing, if theres a 3rd monitor and it isnt over clocked it does the same, any ideas?!

this is what im getting when my 2x5850's are running whilst normal or overclocked

1 monitor clocked : OK
1 monitor overclocked : OK
2 monitors clocked: OK
2 monitors overclocked: Monitor 2 glitchy
3 monitors clocked: monitor 1 or 2 or 3 will be glitchy
3 monitors overclocked: 2 monitors glitchy

EDIT: also if i plug 1 monitor into one 5850 port, and the other into one of the other 5850 ports, the monitor plugged into the lower 5850 wont showup on the CCC =/
But thats not the GPU acting up as if i take out the TOP 5850, plug in the monitors to 1 5850(the lower one) the monitors work exactly the same pattern as according to above =/

you cant use eyefinity through 2 dvi ports and hdmi you have to use the display port, so you either connect using 2 dvi and display port or 1 monitor to dvi 1 to hdmi and the third to display port etc

Disconnecting the HDMI so i have my 2 DVI connected monitors, i still get nasty tearing when i overclock which doesnt make sense

Imo try and reinstall the drivers after a 100% clean from your current.
Im running 3 monitors and the only flickering i get is in Dragon age, which is a game issue.

The rest is 100% fine.
ALso you can't use your second card when in crossfire for connections can you?
