ATI tray tools or Rivertuner?

just reformatted and im looking for the best or should i say most reliable fan controller for my graphics card, i have a 260GTX and its idling at the mo at 50c so wanna up the fan speed a bit to cool it down, just wanted some advice out of the 2 i mentioned and of course if there is another app that might do the job better
