Hi there

The Radeon X1900's have begun too arrive in the OcUK warehouse and they will be on-sale early tomorrow afternoon approx 2pm. We have all X1900 Crossfire, XT and XT-X in stock from Connect3D, Hightech, PowerColor and Sapphire all instock. I can't speak for all Etailors but we have approx 100 Crossfire, 300 XT and 200 XT-X cards in stock so plenty to go round. :)

We just recieved a large shipment of XFX 512MB GTX overclocked cards and backorders are shipping out today. We also have a new 512MB GTX card from XFX which is not overclocked, but is priced no cheaper due to such high demand on this product SKU, so be quick if you want one.

Also expected to arrive mid to late this week is a huge delivery of BFG 7800 GTX 512MB which will cover all backorders and leave plenty of stock left over spare for new buyers.

Also several new additions added to the site in the form of X1300's, X1600's and the very popular GTO16 from PowerColor, plus some lower end 512MB cards from NVIDIA. Have a browse through the site and get your credit cards to the ready. :D

Wow, ATI are on the ball with this one.

Yes R580 has very good yields, plus the fact ATI have taken the option of using slightly slower memory means they are able to product large quantities quite easily. Though as I have already mentioned I cannot mention what availability will be like from other places as OcUK is launch partner with ATI so we get preferential treatment with allocation and pricing. :)

Gibbo do you have any news regarding the new Crossfire motherboards with the improved chipset (r580?) ?

March m8!!

Prices for the X1900's has been mentioned before, read some of the other threads on the forums.......
They are cheaper than 512MB GTX! :)

Gibbo what sort of time would we have to get a x1900 order in to get it on Wednesday?

Order one as soon as they appear on the site tomorow around 2pm ish, as the earlier you order the better to avoid any rush.

As were suspecting this launch to be as busy as the NVIDIA 7800 GTX 256MB launch was as I think we sold like approx 200 cards on launch day and as ATI have more SKU's available on this launch we think it could be busier and hence our warehouse will have a lot more orders to pick and pack plus ship out.....

Good news about the xfire cards, I was hearing rumours that they will appear a lot later- glad those rumours were wrong.

I wish today was tomorrow... I'm locked out my flat and can't get on with any work so I'm just reading through some lecture notes but mostly surfing- pity all the reviews wont be out until tomorrow!

Well from what I can gather you may well be right, only one partner has Crossfire cards and they are under instructions from ATI to ship nearly all of that stock to OcUK due to the limited quantities available. OcUK was first to stock X1800 Crossfire and is still one of the only Etailors with product in stock so Crossfire Edition cards are pretty rare and hard to get hold off, but rest assured OcUK will always make sure were first and have good allocation of product available. :)

Is their no chance you could put up a pre order option for now so we can order them now and the site will not be so busy tomorrow and also will make shipping quicker?

Come to think of it why isnt their a Pre Order option?

Sorry if this has been covered already.

NDA prevents us publishing or advertising the cards until it expires which is tomorrow. If your desperate ring our sales department for more information who will be able to help you out further. ;)

I ordered mine on the 10th of Jan, so I was expecting a mail sooner :)

I just hope I get one because if not I'll have to consider getting an x1900.

Your referring to the overclocked XFX cards, unfortunately your order would not have shipped as we ship on a first come served basis but hopefully your order will ship out when the next lot of XFX cards come in which should be end of this week. Or alternatively change your order over to an X1900 or BFG card as those are both arriving this week.

IF AWPC got a confirmation of shipping for the same card, when he ordered it today and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I'd say I got their first.... And I don't want to switch my order to a BFG because I will have to pay an extra £35 as I only paid £480 for the XFX.

Can you confirm that I will defintely get one in the back-order processing at the end of the week as, even though your pre-ordering is great, there are a few places I know will have some by then.

He bought the standard slower clocked XFX card. ;)

Gibbo...what do you mean when you say ATi have gone with slower memory.....pics. on the net show cards have 1.1ns ram.....is the shipping product different ????

Shall have to check this out. Also if they are using 1.1ns memory on all the X1900 it would seem ATI are playing a safe game with the memory speeds.

So how many cards are coming and how many pre-orders have you got to ship?

Eg. Will I get my card with this shipment?

OK you seem to be getting confused, let me clarify for you.

Today OcUK recieved shipments off:-

X1900 cards
XFX 7800 GTX 512MB XXX Edition (overclocked)
XFX 7800 GTX 512MB STD Edition (Not overclocked)

OcUK has many backorders on for the XXX Overclocked edition which is I believe what you ordered on January 10th and if so we did not recieve enough stock to ship your backorder as the orders dated back from early December. The next batch of XXX overclocked editions is due end of this week and hopefully we will get enough to ship your order.....

The XFX 7800 GTX non overclocked is in stock and is the card which AWPC ordered and as such his order has shipped.

If you need a high-end card sooner send a webnote or call sales (9am-5pm) to change your order as X1900's are in stock as are the XFX 512MB NON-overclocked GTX cards. :)

Thats exactly why I want to know if its for definite that I will get one of the ones I pre-ordered.

Yes you should but if you want to be 100% sure change your order over to the BFG model as we have plenty due this week, enough to cover all backorders and lots left over. The BFG is also quicker than the XFX model and has a lifetime warranty. :)

I need a new mobo for this card as I am still on AGP and I wanted the R850. I might just get the current DFI model if it is March.

Noooooooooooo avoid the DFI Crossfire board, it maybe expensive and look good on paper but is rubbish. The far cheaper Asus board is a lot faster and more stable board. :)

I've decided I will change my order to the BFG. Will I have to cancel my original order and re-order the BFG card? Or would it be possible for you just to change my order from one to the other? Keeping the original price of £480 (which was what it was when I ordered the XFX) would be superb.

Yes just send a webnote now or ring sales 8:30am - 5pm and they will ammend your order. :)

Thanks for the note Gibbo.

I take it the NDA expires around 2pm tomorrow. I got an email this morning saying that another online retailer would have the X1900's in and on thier website for sale tomorrow at 2pm.

Any news about getting the X1900 XL cards in stock soon Gibbo?

Hi there

XL series cards is an unknown m8 as last time I spoke to ATI they were thinking of permantly finishing of that line which would mean no X1900 XL. It was a product due for release in March but now looks like it may never exist.

I have a feeling ATI will release the X1800 XT 256MB varient at very agressive pricing, maybe even not much more than a overclocked 7800 GT cost, but thats just me guessing and if they do it won't me for approx 2-4 weeks time. Though at the moment with X1800 XT's been just £239 +VAT at OcUK who needs to wait for an XL that may never come out with a flagship card so cheap buy now as come this time tomorrow it will be a lot more money.

Whys it gona cost more tomorrow? Seems kinda weird that it can be a low price now with more than enough supply then over the couse of one night this is all going to change?

Read rest of the thread, the answers are in there................

Hi there

PowerColor has just sold out!!!!

Anyone who ordered one just post here here if you want me to change your order to either Connect3D or Sapphire. Or you can wait as another shipment is arriving this afternoon and tomorrow, but if you want 100% guaranteed tomorrow then change to Connect3D or Sapphire.

HIS also sold out, but again another large shipment due this afternoon/tomorrow.

Connect3D and Sapphire still good stock levels but selling fast. :)

Also Asus due in on Thursday. :)
