Attention Lefties!

You've got 16 keys sitting on the number pad perfectly positioned for movement in a nice little bunch by themselves, right where your right hand normally comes to rest anyway. Just tried the combo you posted up and it's awful :p

8 forward
5 back
4 strafe left
6 strafe right
3 duck
2 prone
0 jump

7 and 9 are usually UP and DOWN for flying vehicles, / is reload, the right arrow is very handy as a vent button, and + for grenades.

It's like they made the numberpad specially for me to play fps on :D

Same here, with a fe changes.

8 - Forwards
2 - Back
7 - Strafe Left
9 - Strafe Right
0 - Crouch
5 - Use
/ - Reload
Enter - Jump

Still leaves me with at least 4 keys boefore I have to think about moving my hand.

So how do you reload whilst moving forward? You stop everytime you reload then have to put your finger back on 8?

I'm totally left sided, writing, eating, kicking, smoking etc, but when it comes to using a mouse, using my left is a big no no!

But the only controls i adjust in fps games are the melee and weapons select keys, i use the mouse thumb button for melee and the wheel to change weapon' everything else stays default.

I'm left handed for everything, but I use my right hand for the mouse, just feels more natural to me for some reason, also means I don't have to buy specific left handed mice and I can use any computer without faffing about.

One quick thing, people who use WASD don't use their thumb to press the C key, that's ridiculous.

I do this to, I'm left-handed but for most two-handed activities I go with the right-handed method as it just feels right for me.

Best thing for left handed people to do is become ambidexterous with the mouse use by using it with the right hand :)

Keyboards are already left haded by default, and WASD should be easier for everyone. Just use the mouse in your right hand for a couple of months, and then you'll be a lot better off :p
