ATV3 - 1080p 24fps?

Hmmm, just come to the realisation that the new ATV appears to only playback 1080p at 30fps... not 24 or 60.

As such, are bluray rips still going to look all juddery like the ATV2? That's the only thing I want one for and it still seems to be broken?!

To play bluray rips you're going to need to jailbreak it anyway, so if this is a problem I am sure that it will be fixed- no hardware can handle 30fps and not 24 right?

No you don't - encode as a 1080p m4v. The ATV2 stutters when playing back 24fps material... which is ridiculous. Looks like the ATV3 is no better?
