To be honest, if I sell anything on that site, I will always send it special delivery, for bigger stuff it can be cheaper than normal postage

But I would follow it up with the post office you sent it from, take the tracking print out in etc

for what it's worth the last 2 things I've posted recorded both only say accepted on the tracking page yet both have been delivered as far as I'm aware so don't do anything until the RM have verified that it is actually lost in case the buyer is trying topull a fast one

also it's 15 working days before you can put in a claim
