audi a3 tdi sport bose speakers??

hi

I'm picking up my new (to me) car on saturday and wondering if it cames with the Bose speaker system as standard? as I has a speaker right in the middle of the dashboard.

What are the bose system like in the audi's as I used to a lot of bass, a wondering if I need to get my ice installed.

thanks for the replys, even if it doesn't come with the bose speakers, are the wires still installed, especially the ones for the amp and sub?

hmmm I'm just thinking if or how i'm going to get my system fitted. From the website the stardard hu supports mp3, and its already has a nokia bluetooth handsfree installed, and if working, is it worth installing mine as its has bluetooth and usb.

Also how easy is it to rip the insides out? should I pay someone to do it?

yes I got the car now!!

I picked it up last saturday and lovin' it. the car does come with 4 normally position speakers, a speaker in the center of the dash and what seems to be a sub above the gear stick.

Is this the bose system? it doesn't say bose on any of the speakers grills and to be honest its the best oem system I've had but not impressed. I'm getting my system installed come May. I'm just dropping in a sony head unit, with alpine amp and rockford sub, I'm planning to keep the oem speakers with the nokia car kit.

The car itself is overdued a full major service which will be done in May again along with a new timing belt (it was change at 60K but the car now done 101K on a 05 plate), but I'm getting the oil and oil fliter done tomorrow, its a time issue as I can't get anytime off work till May.

I had to get a nut wrench and toolkit from Halfords as they where missing from the car but in general I'm very happy with the car, just waiting for the bills for it to come it. The first one will be about £150 for a spare key once my V5 comes in the post!

Once all done I'll be putting my reg plate on it and either refurbing the wheels or getting a new 3rd party set; as I've not seen a set of audi alloys that I like.
