I've got an 08 Audi 2.0 tdi Avant S-Line. Whilst its great car a little more poke might be good.

I've heard that remapping cannot only make it go better but also increase mpg which would be a good bonus.

Have just had a bit of a look about there are loads of companies out there that can do this.

Really looking for advice on a good company and how you have found your remap. Can you actually get Audi to do it, does it invalidate warranty etc.

Cheers

really worth doing on the 2.0 TDI VAG engines... i have a 2.0 TDI Leon that I'll be getting remapped sometime soon...

I'm debating wether to go for it with my Leon 1.9TDI, what does concern me is wether the clutch will survive long afterwards.

I've had my car remapped on it's the best power/£ you can do really on a FI engine. Mine was £200 (but I paid ~£180 extra for an induction kit as well) and it does totally transform a car.

Go onto an Audi/VAG forum and find out who most of them use, most forums do frequent RR/Remap days where a whole group of people go together and get it done slightly cheaper and obviously you can talk to the mapper and owners about the modification.

Don't get a 'tuning box' or anything you simply plug in yourself, make sure it is a proper remap.
