Audi Valuataion

Hello,

Dad is looking to sale his A6 as he is buying a 325/330 CSI.

It's a 1999 V plate 2.4 SE.

It has ~53k miles backed up by FSH initially from Audi and since around 2001 by an Excellent Audi specialist garage.

The car is in very good condition both inside and out.

So, what's it worth?

EDIT - Oh, it's a manual. I don't think that's a good thing though as I hate the gearbox. It's so inprecise and loads of play when in gear. Feels all worn out. That's how they are apparently though.

Book Trade is circa £3000. PX may get up to £3800 depending what your buying. Private you are looking at circa £4000-£5000 on a good day if you can sell it.

Parkers is more optimistic but the A6 seem to be a bit behind the parkers book value which can be suprious at the best of times.

Dealer would sell for £5k-£6k
