Evening all. Has anybody had any dealings with Audio Affair and what did you think of there customer service? i ordered a replacement Grill for my Dali Kubic One 4 days ago fancied a change from the black to a Red and received an email today that they had to get in touch with Dali to get one sent out today and could be waiting few days this is after them advertising that they sell them on there website. Might aswell ordered from Dali's website sorry for the rant. Makes me blood boil poor customer service
 
Although they shouldn't do it, my retailers list items on their website as being in stock when in fact they are not! They shouldn't do it, but I was chatting with a retailer I know personally about this and he said that with prices fluctuations and stock turnover that it would be a full time job for someone to keep his website fully updated due to the number of products listed on it...
 
I ordered an amp from them, they said it wasn't in stock and wasn't in stock with their supplier either and it would be 2-3 weeks. I cancelled and ordered from Analogue Seduction who had it in stock and shipped it next day.

However I have ordered a couple of other things from them in the past and not had any problems. I've also visited them twice and had a demo of some speakers, it was a nice relaxed demo, no pressure to buy.
 
I had no issue when I ordered my atacama speaker stands from them, but that was a couple of years ago.
 
Im Still waiting to hear when i will be getting my Red grille no email off them or nothing. Glad i paid via Paypal these are really a joke. Not sure if Customer service or things have changed since few of you ordered from these but i wouldn't recommend it in the future. Audio visual are completly different i ordered a Dali e9f grille off them and got it in no time. Only reason i never ordered the Grille from i didn't think they sold them but after looking they do fool me lol
