Audio crackling/popping issue on new PC build

I know this is abit late, have you tried to put the system in a different case? just incase, some how the case is causing issues, don't see why, or even try a different processor,, because I've tried changing everything aside from psu, and power supply.

It turns out I was unlucky again and my cpu was just faulty and I had 3 faulty CPUs in a row
