"Audio device unplugged" when none exist?

Hey guys so I keep getting realtek pop up every now and then saying a device has been unplugged when i don't have any devices plugged in. Any suggestions for what this could be and how to fix it?

The sockets sense when something is plugged in or unplugged ("Hey, you've plugged in Headphones, I'll play thru those").

If nothing is in there, could be a dodgy socket, or duff drivers?
If something is in there, could be a dodgy lead.

You should be able to turn off auto-sensing in the realtek software.

Yeah i've tried disabling front panel detection but when I do that the sound stops coming through my monitor for some reason. Might have to try and reset the wires. I did just change the case and its only started happening since the change
