Audioslave frontman to do new Bond theme

Cornell had/has a quality voice, love Badmotorfinger, but I've been told he' kind of lost it now :( Not heard anything since the 1st Audioslave album.
 
This should really be titled 'Chris Cornell to do new Bond theme'. Audioslave are nothing compared to Soundgarden.

But then, history shows that bands always say this, and then break up anyway :p
 
never thought it would but theres always wishing.

whatever happened to zak anyway, he released march of death and there was talk of an album with dj shadow then it was just said nothing was happening and that was it ??

I heard he was going to release something with Trent Reznor also. Not sure if anything came of it though. He's probaby concentrating on more political issues now outside of music, and fair play to him.

He still has such an amazing voice. Saw him at TITP last year with Audioslave - the acoustic rendition of Black Hold Sun was stunning. Was good in 'Killing In The Name..' also, but he's no Zack :D

it just hurts to watch him though :(

ive heard the we arnt splitting up thing a million times, and it happens anyway, problem is, the chances of both cornell leaving, and zack coming back in are massively slim :(
 
What do they need Cornell for, I know exactly what he is going to make it sound like and I will do it for half the price! :D
